( The more I see of tumblr, the more I'm glad I jumped ship. Very yikes rn!! No joke, everything I've seen the past month is 80% drama wank, even with my carefully curated dash. It's exhausting! )

i feel this so hard. sometimes the second hand drama can get to you just as much and I'm .-.

you can go to someone's profile and on the options drop down (the three dots) you can choose 'disable retweets' and it will not show that account's rts on your timeline anymore. it has made my public account SO MUCH MORE bearable
also if you need the code to disable seeing other people's likes popping up on your timeline, hmu!

Uh ... if you wouldn't mind one more Twitter question ... I don't understand Moments. Can you keep adding to them after they're published, or is it closed, then? Would love to organize my art (and maybe retweets if that's not frowned upon??) if it's open.

np!! i totally get it. twitter is the place where sometimes you don't follow your favourite artist bc their annoying hot takes kinda ruins their art for you ^^;

yes you can keep adding to them after publishing! but i gotta admit i don't know about having rts in moments (but i guess friends and fellow zine entrants wouldn't mind. i, and apparently others as well, just find it weird when complete strangers message/interact with you out of the blue), if you need to save stuff for yourself twitter introduced a bookmark feature on mobile and the mobile desktop version
another thing about moments though is that only you have access to the moments tab, so you'd have to make an extra tweet to link those
